2.Analytical
Analytical Services are those that require the knowledge, experience, and skill set of a seasoned financial professional such as Senior Financial Analyst. These services include but are not limited to:
- Identify Financial and Operational Trends
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Develop Financial Reports and Monitoring Tools including Business Dashboards
- Develop Cash Measurement and Forecasting Tool
- Review Financial Results and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with Management
- Educate Management on Interpretation and Interrelationship of Financial Statements and KPI’s
3.Transactional

Transactional Services are those that require the knowledge, experience, and skill set of seasoned financial professionals such as a Controller and related Accounting Department. These services include but are not limited to:
- Perform a Historical Analysis of Existing Financial Data
- General Ledger Chart of Accounts Maintenance
- Prepare Monthly Journal Entries, As Necessary
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Prepare Monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
- Coordinate Month-End and Year-End Close Process
